Systems Engineering

Propulsion System Design Engineer

This role is responsible for both the aircraft engine fuel and cooling systems architecture and the design, assembly and maintenance of MACL products and relevant equipment. They will be designing, assembling, testing and maintaining product prototypes. 

Fixed term 24 months

 

Requirements Engineer

Key role for the business working with internal and external stakeholders to determine a strategy for achieving aircraft certification.

System Test Engineer

System Test Engineer - Flight Control Systems

A key role responsible for executing integration and testing of flight control systems. The candidate will be testing safety critical flight control systems, real-time control systems, inertial measurement systems and GPS technologies.

Sustainment Team

Mechanical Engineer

The position will provide subject matter expertise in identifying, prioritising and leveraging opportunities to continuously improve mechanical design and systems maintenance.  You will be involved in analysing technical defects, identifying root cause and providing resolution to these issues as well as developing and testing of improved and alternate designs.

 

Software/Systems Engineer

This role will provide subject matter expertise in identifying, prioritising and leveraging opportunities to continuously improve aircraft system architecture, control system components and software for MACL products. Change management and issues management responsibility.

 

Programme Office

Quality Systems Manager

The quality systems manager is responsible for the development management of quality processes within MACL. The positions primary focus will be on ensuring industry compliance and best practice implementation. 

 

Structural & Mechanical Design

Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer is part of the Structures & Mechanical team and will be focused on mechanical product design including CAD modelling, product risk management, testing, product manufacture and after sales support.

 

Senior Mechanical Engineer

The Senior Mechanical Engineer is a pivotal part of the Structures & Mechanical team and will be focused on complex mechanical product design and analysis, product risk management, testing, product manufacture and after sales support.

 

Production

Assembly Technician

This newly created role is responsible for assembling prototype and production MACL products. They will also assist with production tooling, systems, inspection and testing.
