Building a Jetpack requires the skills and knowledge of a team of specialised engineers and technicians working together to solve complex engineering challenges and to develop new innovative solutions.

The company workforce has now increased to 50, a significant increase from our pre IPO days. Such a growth has allowed the technical team to focus on de-risking the technical areas that were highlighted in the prospectus.

The team has established a robust development engineering department, and a separate flight operations group to support all test and marketing flying of the Jetpack.

The combination of funding and human capital is a critical success factor for Martin Aircraft as it moves towards commercialising and production in 2016.
